Confession time: when I was first introduced to Deftones sometime in the late 90s, I thought they sucked and it wasnt until years later that I was able to re-assess them after multiple albums. Now they rank close to top 10 of my favorite bands and I think their entire discography is one of the most impressive and complete of any modern rock band. Funny how time alters perception.... What are some other bands this has happened with for some of you guys?
