Conflicted holiday is a project started as a response to the growing need to make a statement about ongoing injustices in the United States. As a people we are tired of systematic oppression that affects us all. We protest, we march, we hold conversation in public and private spaces. This is also happening at a time where many are preparing for the holidays, a time ideally spent with family and loved ones. We are conflicted. How can we celebrate in good conscience when so many have been hurt by current and past oppression. This is an invitation to join in our protest. conflictedholiday/
