You were offered alternatives that work, you touted that the horses were bad for the environment. We all know that the horses are part of the ecology at Lake Gregory, they maintain fire breaks, they are the only form of weed control and they offer tourism and horse training projects for the local children. I wonder how much damage your cattle will do to the Lake, I wonder just how much you intend to help the community with all of the funds you make from the sale of your beef. I wonder what His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum thinks about this? I bet hes glad he rescued some of the finest horse flesh in the world, flew them back to the UAE before you all got your grubby hands on them. Now he has some of the best Arab and TB blood in the world. Smart man. You all look like amateurs, gun in hand, not leaders. You know its no wonder we have so many deaths around the world by crazed gun men. If we accept the gluttonous bloodshed and the disrespect that has been shown to life up in the Kimberley, how can we ever prevent the same from happening to our children in their schools, to tourists on holidays, or to shoppers out with their friends and family for the day?
