José Manuel Godinez-Samperio’s long journey to become a Florida lawyer, despite being an undocumented immigrant, finally ended in jubilant success on November 20. “It felt incredible for Chief Justice [Jorge] Labarga to swear me in,” said 28-year-old Godinez-Samperio. “I felt things were coming full circle.
