Congratulations To Isaac Makwala.He not only became the 51st person to break 20 seconds in the 200,he almost broke 44 seconds in the 400.This made him the 11th fastest ever in that event. What is so remarkable is that he accomplished both feats in the same day. What is even more remarkable is that he, in his late 20s, managed to improve his previous bests prior to this year by a quarter of a second in the 200 and a whopping 1.2 seconds in the 400. In T&F,no one knows who will rise to the occasion.
