Congratulations to CVPA at UMass Dartmouth MFA candidate Anser Shaukat, of Pakistan, who was selected as one of five Fulbright Foreign Students to join The Fulbright Programs 2014 Millennial Trains Project (MTP). Anser will voyage across the U.S. August 7-17, 2014 as an enrichment component of the Fulbright Foreign Student exchange program, travelling by train from Portland, Oregon, to New York, New York. Through an artist book, he intends to explore the diverse cultural landscape of the cities along the MTP route and what it means to be part of an urban culture.
