Congratulations to Colorado Springs Police Departments officers and civilian personnel honored at yesterdays promotion ceremony. I cannot emphasize enough how much my wife Suzi and I respect and appreciate all of you for your service. Those of you who put your lives on the line every day, and others of you who endure tremendous stress, including dispatch and the other functions of this police department - we cannot thank you enough. I want you to know that Suzi and I will always be your friends. Be proud of who you are, your teams, and of this entire City.
