Congratulations to Juan Cruz the 2014 winner of the Moving Mountains Award at the PLUS/Gateways Annual Meeting held at Sky Meadow last evening. In every office and business there is the “go-to-person”, that individual you can reach out to help in a variety of ways, the person who is always available to help solve an issue, lend a helping hand, or help deal with a crisis. At The PLUS Company, that “go-to-person” is Juan. Juan is a terrific asset to the entire organization and assists both clients and staff members. In fact, he interacts with more people than nearly anyone else in the agency. Juan joined The PLUS Company in May of 2006 and has served as the agency’s head maintenance person. Juan makes sure that our buildings, homes, and apartments are running smoothly and efficiently. He oversees outside contractors, and does everything from keeping driveways clear and lawns mowed, to helping clients move into their new homes. He is the agency’s go-to person when it comes to heating and cooling issues and plumbing problems. Juan supervises several clients and teaches them maintenance skills while serving as an amazing role model. He has extraordinary patience and a great sense of humor! Juan is a great asset to The PLUS Company and is truly worthy of the 2014 Moving Mountains award.
