Congratulations to Kansas City Royals First Baseman Eric Hosmer for being nominated for the 2014 Roberto Clemente Award which recognizes a MLB player who best represents the game of baseball through positive contributions on and off the field, including sportsmanship and community involvement. His work with BBBSKC is at the top of his list of accomplishments. His work with BBBSKC has led to 80 new Bigs and has raised over $10,000 for the agency! Eric will be recognized at tonights game and will be presenting a check of support to BBBSKC.
