Congratulations to Reagan Smith, the 2014 Congressional Art Competition winner for Kentuckys Fifth Congressional District! Reagan is a senior at Corbin High School and her artwork will hang in the U.S. Capitol for one year starting in June. Congratulations also to Allissa Moe from Betsy Layne High School, our 1st runner-up! And congratulations to Matthew Hackler from McCreary Central High School, our 2nd runner-up!
