Congratulations to all those who accomplished what they set out to do! I checked off my to do and felt amazing. I did not paint yesterday. Spent the majority of my day on computer related stuff. I was about to say yuk (just did), but have decided that my challenge today will be to speak affirmatively and positively about my interaction with computer related stuff. As I continue to turn my nose up to it, it just turns into resistance and we all know, resistance is futile. I can change my experience by changing my relationship with it, and that begins with my thinking and my words. Thats not a measurable thing (either you did it, or you didnt), so that will be an awareness, and my to-do commitment will be to take flowers to the cemetery. What better way to be reminded that life can be short and to get busy, which is exactly what Im going to do, starting….NOW!
