Congratulations to the Massachusetts recipients of the 2014 EPA Environmental Merit Awards, including Hanscom Air Force Base and others from the Third District: Clair Ryan and Mike Jennings of the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission in Lowell; and FRX Polymers Inc., in Chelmsford. Twelve of the 26 recipients in New England were from Massachusetts, showcasing our state’s leadership in protecting the environment.
