Congress better decide on whose loyalty is more valuable to them, the people who voted them into their jobs or their lame duck president. Those like Eleanor Holmes, who seem a bit confused about to whom she is accountable, could find themselves out of a job. Fortunately, in this case, the confused Congresswoman represents the District of Columbia and does not have a real vote. But, no doubt there are a few others who see things like she does and do have a vote. Which is why people really, really need to tell their Representatives and Senators how they feel, quickly and in no uncertain terms.
