Congress failed to enact appropriations or continuing resolution for 2014 Fiscal year. 800,000.0 Federal employees furloughed without pay and 1.3 million expected employees report to work for indefinite period without pay until resolved. due to fight between democrat President, democrat led Senate and republican led House Of representative defunding health insurance program made by Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act into House appropriations bills and democrats rejection of these measures. God I know you see all the laws of this land (United States of America) give us continued strength and direction to stand still and know our help in finance and all we have to support each other comes from you though man lays the law out for us to follow.
