Connecting the DOTS locally has allowed me to connect the DOTS nationally and globally. We have lost our courts. Everything else is irrelevant. The occupation of our nation has been reliant upon the capture and control of our courts whom in turn control our police. Why does it take five years to get justice or injustice in our court systems? The answer is simple, we are not to have justice in suits against the establishment. The five year exercise is intended to exhaust us completely while beating us up beyond recognition. I filed suit against Isabella County when its police force stole my familys home and its contents to then be victimized by the county courts after exhausting us physically and financially. At the state court level, the same thing happened when I filed for an appeal. My 60+ page appeal brief was stricken by the court because it did not conform to standards established for lawyers and I was held to those standards being a non-lawyer. Then my appeal was dismissed for not having a brief. The Michigan Appellate court and the Michigan Supreme court are one in the same. Now in federal court, I filed a draft of my complaint (to protect myself and family) and asked the federal court for both injunctive and declaratory relief. I was not ready yet to serve the defendants because I had not completed my complaint revisions but the federal court, on its own initiative, ordered stuff and tipped off all the defendants prematurely alerting them to the suit itself. Federal court helping a county court prepare. I am going to be very open with this case and I encourage people to take the time to watch as it unfolds. I predict more of the same. I predict that the federal court will support the lower court in effort to help preserve the illusion that we actually have functional courts in this country. Although I have applied for the online filing capabilities enjoyed by attorneys and lawyers, I am being denied this already by the federal court. My application for this is being ignored making it mandatory to drive four hours to file document or use the mail system where things may get lost. These concepts are not easy to understand and this is an intentional component and strategy of the occupying force we face. If I, as a simple carpenter, can figure these things out I am hoping that you can too. If we are to peaceably reclaim our nation, we need to be addressing the actual problem and not the symptoms. In the past, cases such as mine have been won but the cases have been sealed to preserve the courts and the systemic corruption in and of the system. Today cases like mine are simply refused altogether after exhausting the complainant. My federal court case number is 14-14610 BC The complaint is a title 42 § 1983 claim against the courts and against Paul Chamberlain (as persons and corporate persons) when he (Paul Chamberlain) ordered armed men to steal my personal property as I sat peaceably in the gallery to observe and audit and report on the court and its processes. All of the other things going on in my life, such as the criminal case building against me by Isabella county and the Michigan State Police and the false police reports being created against me are being used to slander me in the eyes of the court and people asked to unbiasedly look into these matters. Obviously a judge is and can be persuaded off the bench to make a ruling on the bench when they are bombarded with 4+ years of negative case building information about me. Ask Melody Lake how easy it is to take all of these so-called officials at their word.
