So far our business has 16 shareholders and accumulated £3851.68 over the last five months. All of us are very enthusiastic about it. I am writing today regarding the proposed first general meeting on 21st September at 5pm at Herb and Spice restaurant in Liverpool street. After the meeting we are going to have three course dinner. You and your family are invited. The dinner is kindly subsidized by our honourable share holder Mr Sanjit Ghosh (one of the owners of herb and spice). Please confirm the number of people is coming with you. Price: £5/head. Proposed Agendas: - Possible increment of shareholders monthly payment. - How we can get 5 more members to complete our 21 members format. - Approval of the constitution - Election for a committee. - Decide the date for the end of year meeting. - Idea about any short time investment - AOB.
