Connection, it’s why we are here. Having wrapped up my first group program last week, it has become so clear that we need each other. Holding a safe space for HSP’s to connect allowed for each to be unapologetically themselves. They were able to authentically relate and appreciate others doing the same. And in appreciating others, they came to appreciate themselves (some for the first time ever). I used to think that we could not love someone else until we learned to love ourselves, but I am not sure I do anymore. I believe the more we open our hearts to connect with others, the more we can open our hearts and find connection within ourselves. Completely humbled by our humanity. We all want the same thing, connection.
