Consider what kind if world it would be if God did exactly what we demanded in every instance . People would seek a friendship with God in order to gain the fringe benefits, rather than responding with a heart of repentance and love. This evidence of Gods awesome power would be eliminated, we would not need hope. Romans 8:24 Saint Paul write , Hope that is seen is no hope at all John 20:29 Blessed are those who have not seen, yet they have believed . The Lord will not perform on cue to impress us , he does not dance to our tunes. We perceive only a small picture of Gods heavenly power and that is not very clear. It seems arrogant to tell God what to do. Instead yield to his divine power. 2 Corin. 12:9 Paul wrote , My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness. Walk by faith not by sight. Enjoy life God bless .
