To monitor and setting sales targets for all department stores’ counters. To monitor the sales target achievement. 2. Hiring, supervise and manage promoters at various counters. 3. Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to staff 4. To ensure that timely reports are submitted to HQ and regional office for invoicing and reporting purposes. 5. Meet regularly with Sales Manager and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team 6. Make sure all promoters adhere to company policies and procedures 7. Communicate to all promoters in relations to issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager. 8. Monitors sales stocks and arrange stocks replenishment 9. To liaise with department stores to ensure that billing are up-to-date and to ensure timely payment collection. Requirements: 1. Related qualifications is preferred and with 2 years of supervisory experience in department store’s Retail counters operations and management 2. Excellent selling skills, including strong negotiation, and closing ability, coupled with excellent people skills 3. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment 4. Strong organization skills with an aptitude in analytical decision making 5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues 6. Possess own transport and willing to travel Lowest Qualification: SPM / O Level
