Constitution is a living instrument with a soul and consciousness of its own; the spirit of constitutionalism can only be reality if the sovereignty belongs to the people and the executive are legally and morally bonded, and drives their authority from this living document. Ammendent of 30 years old TUCUSA Constitution can never and will never be left to the current elected leadership. You can never be the accused person and the judge at the same time otherwise if given a chance to pass judgement, you will end up giving a verdict that befit your freedom. TOA as a voice of reason is advocating for an independent commission, independent from executive and the forces of darkness to review the entire document and give a breath of life back to it otherwise it will not be business as usual.
