Construction Field Superintendent Immediate Employment Company Overview We are an established and growing company specializing in the renovation & construction of medical buildings. Emphasizing a team approach, we offer construction management, general construction and design/build services with each program tailored to meet the client’s needs. We are seeking for immediate employment a Construction Field Superintendent to manage, supervise and oversee all subcontractors and craft workers, provide detailed work scheduling and oversee all construction field activities. They are a “win-win” team committed to your success. They demand the best from themselves and every person in the company and expect you to be the same way. Responsibilities: • Customer service & satisfaction, Scheduling, Project Costs, Safety & Quality Control Typical Work Week: • Manage field activities for multiple projects • Order & schedule materials, Manage and schedule subcontractors & vendors • Supervise craft workers and employees, Provide onsite quality control, Enforce safety program • Maintain & update construction schedules on a weekly basis • Manage & maintain project record keeping and correspondence • Maintain daily communication with office staff, Maintain customer service & satisfaction Required Skills: • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with a general contracting company • Must have experience building tenant improvements and ground up projects • Renovation Experience, Prior trade experience (carpentry, drywall, paint, electric, plumbing, etc.) • Medical construction experience. • Strong verbal and oral communication skills • Computer skills, MS office, MS excel, MS outlook, MS project, internet, email, etc. • Excellent time management & communication skills, Outgoing & service driven • Bilingual, Spanish a plus, Team player, Experience in quality control • Must have references Schedule - Our hours of field operation are 7AM – 5PM Monday-Friday. Nights/Weekends as necessary. Raises based on your contribution to the company, not length of service. Bonus, Car Allowance, vacation/personal time off (earned) and 6 paid holidays.
