Construction has begun today to upgrade the Cultural Center parking lot located behind the DIA between John R and Brush streets. The upgrade includes a reorientation of the parking lot’s entrance and exit, re-paving vehicle and pedestrian entrances, a new security and surveillance system, new LED signage and landscaping. During construction the parking lot will remain open for public parking; however, traffic will be directed to enter and exit at Brush Street. Visitors will be directed to enter the museum at Farnsworth Street. The upgrade is projected to be completed this fall. Stay tuned here for more updates.
