Consultant & Vendor Agreement Concept: Our Mobile Boutique & Spa Venue is designed for customers and clients to come and enjoy a unique way to shop our mini boutique, enjoy our food vendors, and have exclusive access to sample our spa treatments at a reduced price, all in a convenient, intimate and affordable setting. The venue itself can be formatted to fit the Host/Hostess taste and location. Location: Mobile Venues can be set up at any one of the following locations: Private home or location, Business or Company Work Event, Church, Club House, School, or any outdoor venue such as a Festival, Craft Fair, Farmer’s Market or Sporting Event, The size of venue and location will determine the types of vendors and how many we will provide for that particular event. Business Terms and Agreement: Each Consultant and Vendor function independently with their own intent, business, hobby, business permit and liability insurance operating solely as an Independent Contractor under Studio 3B during any and all events that produce through Studio 3B Mobile Boutique & Spa Venue. All Vendors and Consultants agree to pay out to the assigned Host/Hostess of each venue a 10%-20% payout in cash, merchandise and or merchandise/service credit. The amount of payout is based on The Vendor and Consultant’s TOTAL EVENT SALES. Percentage paid out to each Host/Hostess is left to the discretion of each Consultant and Vendor and is not the responsibility of Studio 3B or Christina Marie Daniels. Each Consultant and Vendor will have in place prior to the start of each event, an understanding and or agreement with the Host/Hostess regarding the terms of commission payout and sales quota. For each Future Event booked through the Current Event the Host/Hostess will receive a small gift from each Merchandise Vendor. Gift amount is left to the discretion of each Merchandise Vendor. Should any Consultant or vendor; including Studio 3B, assume the role of Host/Hostess, or is responsible for booking such venue with no assigned Host/Hostess to event, then that consultant or vendor will be entitled to receive the 10%-20% Host/Hostess payout from each consultant and vendor. By signing this agreement you; the Consultant and Vendor, understand and agree to the terms described above. You also acknowledge that all parties involved in this agreement will not hold Studio 3B or Christina Marie Daniels liable for any damages or losses that result from this business relationship. Studio 3B reserves the right to dissolve any business relationship at anytime with Consultant or Vendor with appropriate notice of 30 days before any scheduled event.
