Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), and industry partner of APC and the official organization that represents contact centers in the country, is placing five (5) interns as Research Assistants. This is offer will lead to regular employment based on good performance during internship. APC Alumni may also apply. Qualifications: *A formal college education (minimum of 4 years Bachelor’s Degree) in Social Science, Communication Arts, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Pure Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, and related disciplines), or Business Administration/Commerce *Previous work experience is not necessary for an entry-level position in this job but is considered a bonus. *Must be interested in solving problems, conducting research, formulating solutions and writing business reports Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities: NOTE: Interns will be assigned the same scope of work, but toned down in depth of workload as assessed and approved by the Research Manager. *Assist in the conduct of in-house research projects 1. Participate in the development and formulation of the research project plan a. Research Design b. Instrument (Questionnaire) Design c. Analysis d. Milestones/Calendar e. Performance Metrics f. Reporting 2. Monitor the progress of deploying researches according to the Milestones and Performance Metrics 3. Assist in the preparation of research reports. 4. Coordinate the conduct of research projects that are executed by third parties: * Coordinate with third parties in the development and formulation of the research project plan *Coordinate with third parties on monitoring the progress of deploying researches according to the Milestones and Performance Metrics, as proposed by the third parties *Coordinate with third parties on the preparation of research reports. Administrative Duties 1. Prepare a monthly workplan based on assigned projects. 2. Prepare weekly progress reports on assigned projects. 3.
