.......Continuation of previous vacancies at BOTSWANA POST **5.GRADUATE TRAINEE (INTERNAL AUDIT) - BPS 11/3/1 (52), 2 Positions 5.1.Main Purpose of the Job: The graduate trainee programme will offer graduates valuable workplace experience and nurturing, to develop them to ultimately occupy Supervisory and Management positions. Substantive appointment will depend on successful completion of the programme as well as availability of placement opportunities. The position reports to the Senior Internal Auditor 5.2.Position Requirements: 5.2.1.Qualifications: •Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Information Technology, Business Management, Strategic Management, Internal Auditing or any related field of study 5.2.2.Experience: •NO experience required. 6.CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - BPS 11/3/1 (56) 6.1.Main Purpose of the Job: To provide effective support in the protecting the interests of BotswanaPost customers and ensuring that the service provided by BotswanaPost is focused on improving customer service, increasing customer loyalty, promoting customer advocacy and driving customer value. To advocate for the improvement of the level and quality of customer service by assessing its quality, reliability, convenience, value for money and that it consistently meets true customer needs by being relevant and holistic. This position reports to the head of Customer Services. 6.2.Position Requirements: 6.2.1.Qualifications: •A University Degree in Social Sciences, Industrial Psychology, Business, Commerce, relevant qualification in customer service, or related discipline 6.2.2.Experience: •At least 5 years relevant customer service experience in a service oriented business or organization with a focus on managing client services, driving organizational change programmes and customer relationship management. •Experience in the use of social media in customer service will be an added advantage. 7.CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE AGENT 11/3/1 (57) 7.1.Main Purpose of the Job: To achieve a high level of professionalism in the timely handling of customer queries and complaints handling for BotswanaPost contact center operations. To apply a strong work ethic and attention to detail in achieving a high performance culture. Use effective communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively plan and organize work schedule to consistently achieve agreed individual performance targets and be held responsible for reporting. 7.2.Position Requirements: 7.2.1.Qualifications: •BGCSE with credit in English and Setswana OR customer contact center agent certification / Added advantages : Previous customer service, service support and frontline/customer facing skills. 7.2.2.Experience: •A minimum of one (1) year experience in a service oriented and or contact center environment.
