Continued prayers for Steve and Dawna - A week ago, I felt an urgency to go down to Marathon and see them. I told very few people (not even them or my mom who lives near them) I flew down, rented a car and drove a long 9 hours... Before I left, my prayer was that I could show them our love and the Lords love and that maybe my strong manly brother would be able to open his heart a little and let someone else carry his hurt for just a moment - I walked up to him in his driveway as he got home from work and after the shock of seeing me - he collapsed in my arms and sobbed and I was able to help him bear the burden for just a minute. Thank you Lord that you lead us and when we follow your prompting - you will be there. I will spend one day with them all and before I leave will pray for Dawna - letting her know how much we love her and more importantly how much the Lord loves his precious Dawna and will walk this path with her and will touch her in body and spirit as she asks Him too. Thank you for your continued prayers FB family - it is greatly appreciated. My prayer for Dawna today He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection. Psalm 91:4
