Contract Compliance Analyst We have multiple large and reputable overseas clients from the banking and finance sector seeking for quality compliance analysts to join their organization for contractual assignments with duration ranging from 3 to 8 months with contract extension subject to performance and business needs. Candidates who are immediately available is preferred and less experienced candidates will also be considered. Job Responsibilities - Compliance Officer based in Hong Kong responsible for registration/ licensing and related matters for Asia Pacific Ex-Japan, with primary focus in Singapore - Coordinate and manage individual registration matters including applications, de-registrations, continuous professional training, and relevant and related reporting obligations in the region - Work closely with various divisions to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements - Report to the Head of Compliance Employee Services Asia Pacific Ex-Japan - Manage applications and other filings to comply with regulatory requirement in a timely manner - Review all filings submitted to regulators to ensure completeness and accuracy - Coordinate with various divisions on licensing and related matters - Provide day-to-day Compliance advisory service from licensing perspective to all divisions Job Requirements - Immediately availability preferred - At least 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in dealing with clients and counterparties - Excellent communication skills in oral and written forms - Strong team player and good professional interaction with other team members and teams - Experience with managing collaborative processes and working across different departments, ensuring other parties keep to deadlines and provide results - Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure - Strong problem solving skills and "can do" attitude - Strong organizational skills - Ability to identify and appropriately escalate issues and risks - Excellent attention to detail - Capital markets experience would be a plus - Project management experience would be a strong plus - Mandarin is preferred (Japanese and/or Korean would be a plus) - BA/BS in Business or related studies required - MBA, MS Finance, or CFA candidates would be a plus If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to linkstemp@linksinternational quoting reference JO#16640 in the subject header.
