Contractors working for the Leisure Services Department have recently partially resurfaced the football pitch at Sha Kok Mei. The equipment they used, paint rollers and tarps, plus the large, mostly empty tins of epoxy paint have been dumped in the bushes opposite the entrance to the pitch... I have written to the LSD to complain at the actions of their contractors and I am making this post here to make the issue public, as I notified the LSD I would be doing so.
