Controlling muzzle climb is important on every shot, but even more - TopicsExpress

Controlling muzzle climb is important on every shot, but even more so during rapid fire or full auto to maintain consistent groups. The best way to accomplish this goal is to have your support hand as close to the center of bore as possible. I am useing a Chris Costa style C- clamp grip in this video. Stance is also important to reduce rearward recoil. In this stance I have my weight forward slightly with my knees bent and a firm shoulder pocket to compensate the rifle pushing back on me. Together I am controlling climb and rearward recoil. This gave me a 4 inch rapid fire grouping at 25 yards. The goal is to keep that muzzle on the same line of fire as possible.
