Conundrum: I am looking at roundtrip flights back to Buenos Aires (JFK/EZE). I could book a flight with Aerolíneas Argentinas at a substantial savings over American Airlines. The problem is that in 2008, I had such a profoundly negative experience with Aerolíneas Argentinas (first they moved the flight from JFK down to Miami and I was left to get myself to Miami in order to catch it, then the flight itself was a nightmare) that I swore that I would never fly them again. So... what do I do? Save a few hundred bucks or stick to my principles?
