***Conversation between a neighbor and I in Destin, FL*** My neighbor was explaining to me that when they come to their vacation home, they no longer drive..they fly their personal plane. Me: Hold on, I have quite a few questions now. My neighbor explained to me the process and that they paid for their personal plane. She even explained how they use their LLC to write off the expenses. She explained to me federal regulations and how I could cut the cost of owning a plane. This was a unique conversation for me and she explained things that I thought were expensive but its more in knowing how to do these things for cheap. Do you know anyone who can broaden your horizon and explain these types of things to you? The best thing I could have ever done was friend older wealthy couples of different backgrounds, I learn something from them all. They teach you things you would never know, they keep it real, and after a while they view you as an adopted child! Most of the times they are very happy to share information, because they love talking about what they have done during their lifetime. If this is not your thing, act like you never read this. If you are passionate about getting to the next level, trust me, find a few older people who have done great things to mentor you. You wont regret it.. The awesome thing is you leave conversations with them feeling more motivated than ever! #BuildWealth
