Diversey Thursday, October 16, 2014 6:00 to 10:00 PM Art & Music Fundraiser sponsored by the Republican Party of Cook County and hosted by the Black Couch Studio. With SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKERS: Cook County GOP Vice Chairman Darnell Macklin and Republican Media and Organizer Sharron Maroni SPECIAL INVITED GUESTS: State Senator/US Senate Candidate Jim Oberweis and GOP Gubernatorial Candidate Bruce Rauner Featuring performances by Award Winner John Hill, Matt Norris of Glad Rags, and Xristo. Internationally known artist Marck Nerenes who is located at “Black Couch Studio Gallery” has offered to open his facility to the 6th Ward Republican Organization for October 16th, 2014. The venue features 1,500 square feet lined with artistic and priceless pieces of his collection. Mr. Nerenes has also offered to raffle off a painting of his made of charcoal from his private collection with the worth of at least $1,000.00. This is the perfect opportunity to showcase the positivity of the Cook County Republican Party as a whole as well as introduce them to our candidates. Media is invited including several local news stations, magazine companies, musicians and more. This event will be promoted on social networks, radio, and through flyers. We believe that this event is perfect to introduce the public to the faces of the Cook County Republican Party. The event will have complimentary entry but donations will be taken at the door for the gallery. The environment will be the perfect atmosphere for our candidates to speak and distribute literature.
