Cooking for Health & Wellness Savor the Season A Vegan Thanksgiving Join Chef and Certified Health & Wellness Coach Cynthia Mendoza as she teaches you how to use wholesome foods and seasonal produce to create healthy and flavorful Thanksgiving dishes. Class participants will learn about the importance of cooking with wholesome foods and which foods are naturally available in the Fall. The class will include a demonstration of culinary techniques and a sampling of each tasty recipe. All students will take home a nutritional handout with “quick tips” and a copy of each recipe. The class menu is vegan and utilizes organic seasonal ingredients and may vary slightly based on the availability of local produce.
