Cooking for my wife!! We had Smoky Steak Fajitas and Avocado & Tomato Salad last night. The full recipe is here: myrecipes/recipe/smoky-steak-fajitas Loved the salad, but i gotta say, the flank steak wasnt my favorite. it was ok, but maybe i messed up the spices. i did like the peppers, but those too had the same spice mixture. It was easy and fast though, so theres that!! And you may wonder why i put a pic of the cutting board... i like to let the steak rest on a wooden cutting board with a little olive oil and the spice i used in cooking. As it rests, it absorbs the spices a little better. (at least thats what ive been told) I probably wont make this one again... but i will hold on to that salad recipe!
