Manager in axis bank . My sincere advice to you all who think of joining this course is please dont join this , its totally waste of money and worst job in this world. You are not ass manager here its nly tag but you are slave here worst than clerk and its trap under the name of ass manager , the kind frustration pressure I cant tell you in words. You have to sell nly third party products like life insurance means they are making you life insurance agent and operation part is another task which has no value. Evry day I goes to cash counter room after 3:30 pm to put axis bank slips on the cash upto 7 pm which is office boy work, even though I m nt cashier , while putting slip on cash evry day I cry this kind of job I want?? I REACH to ofc 9:00 am and back to home 10:00 pm . Imagine working hours. You dont have personal life here. The package they said 4 lac is fake you get 21000 in hand in big cities rest 19k & if you have taken loan to pay fees rs 3 lacs( wat we paid ) of this course then you will get nothing in hand, loan amt get deducted every month for 5 years. So wat you get babaji ka thullu! Promotion you get after 2 years nly if u got rating 4 or 5 each year, n nly 10% people can get among all the employees in axis bank all over india , means its very very difficult. I have seen people here who are working here from last 6 to 7 years n their salary is nly 40 to 45 k. Imagine in 7 years 40k. It is worth?? Many more thinks to tell but I want to request you plz dont ruin your life. I am crying every single day. I cant handle this frustration and pressure and kind of treatment you get. Your superiors nly shout at you for no reason. If they make mistake its not mistake but if you do a very small mistake its like you have raped some1. You are not ass manager here but bidi k karkhane me kaam karne wale majdur ho. Friends choice is yours you want satisfaction or frustration. Axis Bank = R.I.P
