Copied this post to our page for easier reading by our supporters...... What is up with the Tracy strike? I thought the union had to give a 30 day notice of a strike. On July 21, Sutter Tracy announced the intent of the union to hold a strike vote. Did CNA already have time to notify all of their potential members of the merits behind the strike and hold a vote to strike? Sounds like this decision is being made solely by the CNA or the negotiating team.
