Cops are out of control - this is scary. Its happening far too frequently and the protocol for an arrest is disproportionate to civilian fragility. Clearly it is reasonable to suggest that police forces are lacking appropriate training to assess a situation adequately if in doing so an arrest becomes an assault on a civilian resulting in their death. Police officers are trained to use physical force and weaponry to deescalate a hostile situation. Civilians are more often unarmed and in an emotional state of volatility not equal to the law enforcer. There is a right way to do something. This is not the right way.
