Copy posting information of a forthcoming workshop organized by PEOPLE FIRST: We are pleased to announce our next two-day workshop for leaders on “Inspirational Leadership through Inner Presence†(ILIP), on 20th and 21st February 2015, Chennai. The ILIP Workshop coaches leaders to develop deep listening to sense the evolving needs of the collective organization they belong to. Leaders experientially learn to inspire their team members to respond to the organizational needs by leading and changing from within. This inner leadership and change within the leader, creates an inspiring Inner Presence. This gives leaders greater agility to develop all required leadership competencies, giving them greater scope to influence their organization to continue to evolve – in its products, services, processes, people and culture. The ILIP workshop coaches leaders to sense the aspirations and talents of their team members, arising from different cycles of their inner and outer evolution, and how to guide and nurture them effectively. The workshop provides a diagnostic tool, integral map, methods and experience of how to facilitate the journey of inner and outer evolution of themselves and their team members.
