Core Bomb Workout for January 9: warm up and paddle 1 mile, incorporating lunges, squats, various torso twists and different turns into routine. Then to REALLY hit those obliques, stagger stance and paddle 1/2 mile only on the side of the front leg (requiring even more twisting of the torso to achieve a proper stroke). Change legs and paddle on opposite sides for the final 1/2 mile. Total blast, and FYI, this board is one of our absolute favorites for fitness training, and the least expensive in our fleet!
