A great KB flow sequence that I learned from Mike Stehle of the Training Room gym in Avon & Manasquan NJ. check out his vids and info that he shares... Definitely one of the best in the biz! I realized that I left out the windmill on the left side. What can I say, Im right braind... My left sides all jacked up haha. I used a 20kg KB. not bad for a guy who only eats plants eh? Haha!
