The North star, telling of a phenomenon the earth never once beheld. The angels heralding the coming of one into this world. One who brought all things into existence. One who humbly was transformed into a form which he formed on the on the 6th day in order to cause a reformation. One who did not refuse to take away the sins of his own and be crushed by his father. One who came into the world poor and in swaddling clothes in a barn where the animals lay so that our eternal (not earthly) riches become secure. One who didnt care about the shame, but endured the hardship. One who offered his blood as an atonement and hence became my attorney. He did this for me, a wretched and totally depraved sinner, who doesnt deserve a speck of mercy and grace. What sort of love is this? An unconditional and unending love. And I stand in awe at the tapestry of His Grace. Hes the one who is called Jesus Christ, son of the Most High, God in the human flesh. Completely man, completely God. Thats his deity.
