Corporate/Transactional Associate (Exclusive), Atlanta, GA One of our closest clients, a highly respected national firm with a reputation for attorney satisfaction, has a brand new opening in its Atlanta office for an associate with 2-4 years of quality corporate/transactional law firm associate experience. Ideal candidates will have a background as (or a basic solid transactional skillset and quick-learning disposition that will allow them to quickly become) “deal lawyers” working with private and/or public corporations across a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, sales and distributions, financings, and miscellaneous other transactions that are encountered throughout the life cycle of growing corporations. This group handles work across a variety of industries from technology, finance/investment and venture capital to very solid brick-and-mortar retailers, distributors and more. This is a unique opportunity to work for some especially dynamic, entrepreneurial and supportive mentors who are eager to add a talented new associate to their team whom they can train and groom for great things. Strong academic credentials and excellent written skills a must. Must be licensed in Georgia or be willing to take first available bar exam.
