Corporate culture starts at the top. The way an organization operates depends purely on the attitude of the CEO and senior management. Creativity, innovation, vision, efficiency, excellence and morale are dependent on the values and the passion of a few at the top. You cannot influence these things as an employee, regardless of how good you are and how many of you there are who want to make a change - unless you are a senior manager at the top. Discuss:
