Costing & Warranty Clerks x 2 – East London & Umthatha A well established Dealership in East London is urgently looking for a qualified and experienced Costing & Warranty Clerk for its expanding branch. The position is with a premium brand. The vehicle throughput is +-10 vehicles a day – it is a very small dealership. The candidate must know Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi and Chrysler Jeep. Costing and warranty (for passenger and commercial vehicles) as he/she will be working under minimum supervision. Salary R8 000.00 neg. + Pension + Med Aid Candidates must have at least 2 years relevant working experience, Matric, a Diploma in Bookkeeping will be advantageous. Critical knowledge of KERRIDGE is a prerequisite. • Experience with MERCEDES BENZ Passenger Cars is a must Main Job Activities: 1. Service Costing: • Responsible for the invoicing of job cards • Responsible for verifying correctness and completeness of job cards with regard to order number 2. Workshop Productivity • Responsible for the monitoring of WIP (Work in Progress) • Responsible for the monitoring and reporting updates required for technician database. Education & experience: • Minimum Grade 12 • Computer Literate (preferably experience in the use of DCSA and Costing and Warranty) • 2-3 years experience in the same or similar position. • Knowledge of motor vehicle component and operation to enable correct interpretation of technical reports Skills & personal attributes: • Self driven and resilient • Integrity • Team Work • Interpersonal skills (emotional maturity / cross functional collaboration) • Ability to cope with pressure • Follow through skills Qualified and experienced?
