Could I be any more aggravated? No, I could not. I set up a substantial online payment to be withdrawn from my account on May 1. I received a confirmation message online. Then about three minutes later, I get an email verifying that it is being deducted TODAY. I called the company, and after speaking to three people in in a foreign country that I could not understand, and demanding to talk to a supervisor, I get yes, maam, it is our fault and we acknowledge that, but we cannot stop a same-day payment. I gave them the confirmation number and said this was for May 1, I have printed out the whole transaction, it is YOUR doing that it is a same-day payment, not mine. They insisted I would have to call my bank and stop payment and that they would pay the fee. After calling the bank and getting two more people in a foreign country that I could not understand, and wasting a freaking hour dealing with it, it is finally handled. Pass the Bushmills. Its a damn good thing Im playing music tonight or I would just scream!
