I am a 75 year old breast cancer survivor widowed who paid for owns her house outright. The Commonwealth Bank is evicting me due to the fact that when I became ill could no longer care for myself I sold my home at Bli Bli invested all the proceeds in a two bedroom self contained home and moved it to my daughters and son inlaws with a legal agreement to compensate me $75000,00 should anything go wrong with the arangement from my son in law Mr B Murchie. My home has been on this property for 11 years. The marriage disolved . Mr Murchie stripped the buisness of all its assets, emptied all the bank accounts, stripped the residential property of anything of value and left. My daughter endured a polygraph from Paul Wooley investigations at Springwood which she passed in an attempt to save the marriage. She approached the Commonwealth Bank to allow her to trade the buisness till she could sell it but as Mr Murchie had disposed of all the stock stripped the shop emptied the accounts and paid no bills they refused, yet they have not questioned or taken legal action of any sort for his fraud to the bank for surely that is what it is as the bank owned the stock and assets. As a result we have been left penniless, Mr Murchies son has Marfans Syndrome he has not paid a cent of maintainence or helped with his care even contacted the child who has constant expenses and medical issues. He was served with court orders to sign a car over to my daughter. he refused was served with court orders to return assets of the property he refused. He has handed the residential property and buisness to the bank. My daughter raised his three children from a previous marriage of his, worked the entire marriage , worked 92 hours a week when he purchased the buisness was never allowed a wage , yet Mr Murchie claimed super spent what he wanted. I on a pension had to cover the everday costs of there son. My daughter openly admits to taking small amounts of money from the buisness to provide help with care the cost of raising their son. Now the Commonwealth Bank is taking the property. Have given us an eviction date of the 30th august. Have ordered we remove my home at our cost. Where How ...... everyday is a stuggle just to meet ordinary costs. Mr Murchie stripped the bank accounts the assets my daughter left with nothing after 15 years together 10 married. I am a widow on a pension 75 years of age this home my only asset. how do i start again..i have ongoing medical problems thyroid, osteo arthritis, high blood pressure suffering depression. Help me please someone to save my home. Where do we go Mr Murchie has left my daughter penniless. I have nothing . There must be some way to save my Home I OWN IT PAID FOR IT.
