Could not agree more with this article: I think it will look great once completed but... I had no idea this was going on until I came home to find the whole square blocked. It appears the city is doing the work themselves with what appears to be 3 men in their late 50s. At the pace they appear to be going. I think January may be a more reasonable estimate.
