Could someone with a greater financial brain than mine please explain how Pompey are out of debt when theyve yet to pay a one single penny to the local businesses and the tax payers/tax man? I know people will go here he goes again ( Damian Dicker) but seriously, how is it right? Amass £120 million of debt, pay off the football debt, or at least commit to making repayments, and then forget about the money owed to everyone else... And then carry on trading as if nothings happened? If this was any other business would it happen? If you defaulted on your mortgage, owed tens of thousands of pounds. If you paid off a few credit cards, never paid a penny off your arrears on your house, still owed that tens of thousands ... Would you be allowed to keep it? Local rivalry aside... Its just not right...
