Could this conflict amount to nothing more than a change in regimes in Syria? Absolutely. Could this conflict result in another World War? Well, now that the United States has begun supplying arms to the enemies of Assad, Russia, Iran, and Libya, it is FAR more likely that an all out World War could take place. Obama, in his infinite wisdom, has taken a relatively small amount of information and aligned the United States with a terrorist organization and is standing against world super-powers for nothing more than the furthering of the Sunni vs Shia War.
