Could use your prayers today; ended up having a massive panic attack in the wee hrs of the morning (something that hasnt happened in a while, thankfully) due to stress, over-committing, and the range of things Ive taken on lately... now I get to do those things today on an hour and a half of sleep (which includes a two hour solo gig, and then driving to LA and back and recording vocals for a TV show until 10 PM tonight). A reminder that balance is soooo important to doing anything WELL. So, lesson re-learned, but your prayers are welcomed! :)
